Hilton Head Island
Like many visitors, and residents now living on the island, I fell in love with
Hilton Head the first time I saw it. That was in 1983 and I knew then, that
some day, this would be my home.
What started as a yearly golfing vacation, quickly turned into frequent trips
to learn as much about the island as I could. I wanted to know about the golf
courses, the beaches, the recreation and entertainment. And, where did all of
these incredible PLANTATIONS come from? As an architect, I was in awe of the
planning that must have been undertaken to create a coastal community so
unique.
Hilton Head architecture has consistently delivered a balance between new
development and the environment. The result is a beautiful place to live with
premier properties. At the same time our property values have grown
consistently, protecting your investment.
In 1998, after 15 years of visiting and learning, I purchased a villa in
Shelter Cove, and in the spring of 2004, my wife Amy and I decided to make
Hilton Head our home. We are proud and excited to be here. And, now I'm a
